Qorenixa operates as an informational platform on real estate crowdlending projects in the Dominican Republic, authorised by the Superintendency of the Securities Market (SIV-NRP-005-2024). The content is for informational purposes and does not constitute individualised financial advice.

3. Use of the site

The user agrees to use the site in accordance with the law, public morals and these terms, refraining from any unlawful activity or actions that may harm the image, interests or rights of Qorenixa or third parties.

4. Newsletter subscription

By subscribing, you authorise Qorenixa to send you communications about real estate projects and updates. You can unsubscribe at any time from the link included in each email.

5. Investment risks

All investment in real estate projects involves risks, including the possibility of partial or total loss of the capital invested. Past returns do not guarantee future results. We recommend reading each project's documentation carefully before deciding.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Santo Domingo, National District.
